erm... anyone want to explain to me how that makes any sense?

Well, if he was talking about pure cocaine, chances are it would be half as pure when hitting the consumers. Hence the 10 tonnes. He does sound silly not mentioning that though.

i don't think when you go to court they can try you for an amount of baking soda 'they think you may add'. I can't believe i have to tell you this. I hope the last 4 ears made you wiser :P
