1) Regina had the #1 per capita auto theft rate in Canada. I think it's #2 or #3 currently.
2) Regina is currently the #2 per capita city for violent crime, such as mugging, home invasion etc.
3) Regina is in the top 5 for crime in general, again, per capita.
4) Regina has one of the highest instances of teen pregnancy in the country.
5) Child prostitutes regularly ply their trade withing two blocks of the Regina Police department's main Office building.
6) Regina has these problems because a large percentage of it's population is poor, undereducated and disadvantaged.
7) Most of these disadvantaged come from the Native Indian Community.

Tourists: Stay away! The cops are lousy and have the lowest rate of conviction of any place in Canada - they're too busy with donuts and 2.99 breakfasts... They're not even nice !
There's a spending boom in Regina right now, lots of new trucks with jacked up wheels. It's a real red neck shithole....
Saskatoon is the #1 in all those violent crime stats that Regina comes in #2 or #3 in!
