I'm just havin fun .. I know it was an ad probably based around the early 1900s. I've also seen cocaine tooth drops ... oh how they numb the gums, hahaha.
Notice that it says "cocoaine," not "cocaine." This was because cocaine was very popular during this period as a medicinal cure-all. Burnett's actually used coconut oil, not cocaine, but gave it a similar name as to trick shoppers into buying it.
