Private Snafu.

The US Army Signal Corps produced a series of cartoon shorts between 1943 and 1945 during World War II, with Private Snafu as the main character, to educate soldiers about what NOT to do during the war.

The shorts were written by Theodore "Dr. Seuss" Geisel, and were animated by the Warner Bros.

This particular one is titled Spies, in which a drunk Private Snafu revealed military secret that allowed the enemy to torpedo his ship.

This was a cartoon designed to educate WWII soldiers on the importance of confidentiality. Aside from its 1940's stereotypes, it's mild compared to the real propaganda of its day.

And certainly not on the same par as the (alleged) Fox News bias.
