It means that Shelby Electric Company happened to produce a perfect lightbulb -- an achievement that probably won't be repeated in our lifetime.

It's also only a 4-watt bulb.... The filament is probably way thicker than that, so the bulb has been running at a fraction of its capacity.

I am very proud of this bulb since my great great grandfather prof. Adolphe A. Chaillet invented the bulb.
