I think if it helps if you are familiar with the people doing it, old members from a group called the D-Generation, started in Melbourne Australia years ago doing standup (I think, this isn't super researched), sketch comedy tv, various piss takes, and this is from the country Molvania, a made up place which is referenced by a faux travel guide book. (It looks like Santo?)
