Help! I’ve been eaten by the garage! Amanda Destro Pierson made this monster garage for her home in Cleveland. It’s proved to be so popular that she is working on marketing a kit to sell for Halloween next year, so that every garage can be monstrous. Meanwhile, here’s an Instructable tutorial to get you started on your own. -Thanks, hearsetrax!

I get a mental image of "Experience a REAL life drive by shooting!", as German and Japanese tourists watch in amusement and take snapshots of the action.

Pretty interesting concept, apparently something similar has been done in other countries.

If this can ease the tensions between black and latino gangsters in some parts of L.A., it is probably worthwhile.

Amazing. I once saw a program on the origins of those gangs, and it truly surprised me. So glad there is something like this to educate ignorant Americans such as myself.

Yikes. This sounds scary and fascinating all at the same time. Let's just make sure we don't glamorize a culture that has cost countless young people their lives. I mean, there has to be SOMETHING more productive to do when you visit LA.
