The calendar says we're officially into spring, but if you are watching the snow fall outside, you might need some encouragement to remind yourself that the season of growing is just ahead. GPhase grew a kidney bean plant from seed in a glass container and recorded it growing over 25 days. This time-lapse video captures its progress in photos taken every 9.5 minutes. It's set to the most appropriate soundtrack: "The Blue Danube" by Johann Strauss.
If you'd like some music that's just as pleasant but more contemporary, enjoy this time-lapse video of eight spinach plants growing for 40 days, set to the song "Spanish Summer" by Audionautix.

I've always been impressed with ILM's capacity to make the unreal seem real. They just keep getting better!

Most of the posts come from another blogs as you can see. Except those from Missy Cellanea who surfes the edge of the net... donno how ^g^
I'll voice my opinion when I feel it's relevant, thank you very much :). I keep an eye on a handful of entertaining blogs and feeds every night before bed, and usually Neatorama delivers stuff that isn't old (or at least stuff that just popped up the same day on a number of places).
So yeah, I'll critique occasionally when someone is posting reruns from last week! Thanks for your waste of time TwoDragons, get bent ;)

Soo... Why didn't you post that same comment when I echoed some news from the last summer with that $30,000 pez candy dispenser? :(
I remember someone got amused too because I posted an image of a Super Mario Nutcraker.
I wonder if... well... Could you just watch the Neatorama items because they're interesting and piss off reading the BBC news rss?
i like this blog, it keeps me entertained
