They're not the fashion police, so there will be no citation for that ugly fanny pack that you insist on carrying everywhere. But the New York City Police Department would like for you to wear them on the front instead of the back, if you insist on wearing one at all, which apparently you do.

My wife used one for ages - it was ideal. Then my sister gave her a shoulder back, which is far less practical and gets in the way all the time. I can't wait until it finally falls apart and she goes back to the bumbag.

Why do some people have such hatred of belt bags? I have a belt bag and I use it to carry my gadgets. I used to carry a murse (man purse) but it's too cumbersome.
