Very impressive. Yes, very impressive. This man has mastered the craft of moving plates over the sink quickly. Within seconds, an entire stack of plates has briefly passed through water.
So...should we eat here or go someplace else?

This is just pre washing..they then must go through a dishwasher that has soaps and sanitizers that finishing cleaning the plates. There would be no reason to not here, based on what the dishwasher is doing.
