By sheer coincidence I just read a posting on Snopes about Dr. Howard Kelly from Johns Hopkins with much the same tale but set in the US in the early 20th century.(http://www.snopes.com/glurge/milk.asp) I wonder if this commercial was inspired by the Dr. Kelly story.
