Duke Street Hazard

(YouTube link)

There's a slope in the pavement where a garage ramp crosses the sidewalk. On slick icy days, this will be hazardous, which is why the warning cones are there. But people have to walk by anyway! Watch eight mesmerizing minutes of people sliding, a few butts busting, and at least one chain reaction. -via Arbroath

Who needs a tv when you can look out your window and watch this all day.

Kudos for the warning signs and the girl futilely trying to tell people not to walk there. Bag of sand works wonders

@required - that's right. Presumably they don't want one. Nor do I. And it's their money, they can waste it however they choose. No matter how any of us spend our money there will always be those who think we are wasting it.

Another block of witlessness in our civilisation's great pyramid of Stupid. Please, neatorama, spare us such displays of vulgar, post-modern "irony".

Fucking CONSUMERS.

I preferred the video of the visually impaired 100 year old woman using the device to read books and write again for the fist time in years.

No chance of these two mudlarks reading a book, I'll warrant.

@dermotmoconnor

Why do you assume they're knowledge-less punks? You see one clip of a video and that's all you assume. These guys have more mastery of physics (skateboarding) and engineering (building) than anyone you probably meet on the street.

(in case you don't realize, they built that skate ramp themselves, which requires more than just having a hammer and nails)

Wow, this video is a slap in the face to every starving person living in this world. Not only was it a waste of money, it wasn't even remotely interesting.

Looking forward to the Frisbee Iphone and Surfing G5 videos bro!
