Whenever you have access to an excavating machine, you have an automatic homemade thrill ride. The consensus seems to be that these are Romanian tourists at the Black Sea, in a video uploaded from Poland. But what is that thing they are riding on? not that it matters much, but it looks like a roll of fabric or carpet. on some of the revs you can see the tube down the middle.
