That doesn't require so much work, there are console commands that basically spawns anything you want, including bottles of mead.

I haven't been able to drink Skyrim mead since that incident with the goat. Don't ask...I don't really remember.

LOL I just finished Morrowind (a Skyrim predecessor) and yeah, if they didn't use a console cheat they did a heck of a lot of questing to pile up that many empties!

I really, really, really want Skyrim.
