Hammock Boat - Neatorama

I can't find any information about this marvelous invention other than that it was spotted at the University of California at Davis. It does not appear to be a commercially-available product, but a one-off structure. I know one thing with certainty: I want one.

I actually used to live right near that very pond/stream. It's disgusting, like 99% duck feces. Definitely not the kind of place you'd want to be swimming, much less tangled in a hammock.

Looks like 4 inch pvc as the flotation devices. Just use band clamps to strap it all together.
