Dalek Family Window Stickers

You've seen the car stickers that represent a family. Why settle for stick figures when you can use Daleks? Etsy seller SCDJ1125 sells them in three sizes, with an optional dog sticker available. Be sure to check out the "My other car is a TARDIS" sticker, too! Link -via @johncfarrier

This could easily be misinterpreted as a figher-pilotesque tally of the number of Daleks you've run over in your car, in which case when the invasion comes you'll be first on their list!

Great article, well done. What I don't get is why ppl focus on Santa instead of Christ? I don't think we should remove the religion from the holiday (holy-day) we should include all religious views... sharing is a good thing.

@catsvillage - because not all who celebrate christmas (as the usurped festival is commonly called) are christians. If you want to include and respect all religious views, then you shouldn't get your knickers in a twist when Christ plays second fiddle.

What about Mrs. Claus? Saints don't typically have wives. And there's a commercial out now for a (droid, i think?) phone with many closeups of Santa's hands, and he's wearing a wedding ring. Makes sense, but it struck me that I couldn't ever remember seeing Santa with a wedding ring before.

Isn't St. George Greece patron saint?
The Greek Orthodox church in my country displays the letters Tau-Phi over a St. George cross (like the one used in England). I didn't see reference to St. Nicholas, but I'm no expert.

St. Nicholas of Myra is also credited with punching Arius in the face at the council of Nicea (where the Nicene Creed comes from).

I wish I could get away with punching a heretic on December 6th (St. Nicholas' feast day)...but alas, I don't know any personally.
