It actually could end being a selling point for someone, I'd say. But I agree about tiles being tough to clean. How often do you think someone's actually going to scrub Chewy's grout? Probably not very often.

I like it, but tiles are such a pain to install correctly and maintain; give me a one-piece shower/tub unit any day.
