If I were up there and doing this, I'd arrange everyone so they're oriented in a different direction. One person standing "regular", one "horizontal", and one "upside down". If you've got no gravity, play with it.

No kidding, show a little pride in your profession and shave all your hair off. If swimmers can do it, why not astronauts. It's not like we're paying nine bazillion dollars a pound to lift hair care products into LEO - wait - we are.
