Weirdest Magazines Still Around Today

Our pal Asylum blog has compiled 15 of the weirdest magazines still in publication today. Included are Crappie World Magazine (unbeknowst to me, crappie is a type of fish), Bacon Busters (Australia's hog-hunting magazine - not, I repeat not, a cooking mag) and Girls and Corpses (a self-described "Maxim Magazine meets Dawn Of The Dead" - you've been warned).

We are the "first comedy magazine about death" and soon to win a Pulitzer Prize.

A friend of mine once bought a video tape about fishing for that fish. It had the awesome title of "Getting Wet for Crappie".

Oh yes, and once the show finished, if you left the tape running, there was 8 minutes of hardcore porn at the end of it too.

Not bad for a quid.

Lived most of my life in the Florida panhandle, Georgia, and Tennessee, plus short periods in Colorado, Kansas, and Iowa; I've only heard it pronounced "CRAP-ee."

From the link, I recently stumbled across "Garden & Gun" magazine at my local Whole Foods. Hilarious.
