oh man.. how funny would it be if you could record messages or images on it? just think.. you set it up to "play" when someone walks in, of course completely not expecting anything to happen. they sit down on the toilet and the mirror starts talking to them, or illustrates their very private bathroom activities... what a great practical joke it would make.

It's basically a population density graph. It doesn't indicate that the Eastern States eat more McDonalds. The cities are closer together which is why the dots get denser. The Great Plains and Rocky Mountain Regions are sparsely populated; Denver and Salt Lake City are the only dense areas in these regions. Again, it's just population density, not an indication of calorie consumption.

I agree with Matt. We have three McD's here in the college town where I live. One located in Wal-Mart. This county is much smaller than my hometown county which has only about half the population and only one McD's at least 30 miles from any other. As a side note another location did not have a McD's until the 21st Century when it was likely determined that the traffic flow was enough to support a profit.

I see they left out Alaska. Makes sense, as it would be all black with just a few small dots.

You can drive for almost 400 miles without seeing the golden arches up here!
