World's Biggest Bottle of Wine - Neatorama

The bottle itself has been certified by Guinness World Records as the world's largest bottle of wine which holds the equivalent to 640 regular bottles, or 69,000 glasses of wine. Yum!..."hic"

Chris I don't know where you are from, but in England we have large glasses of wine sold in pubs which are 250ml, so three large glasses would be a bottle.

Dont worry about the spelling...worry about how are we going to get that wonderful bottle of wine home. And will it fit thru the door? And how many people should I invite over to help me drink it?

490 L * 1.333333333 standard bottles/L = 653.3333333 standard bottles -- check.

490L / 69000 glasses ~= .0071 L ~= a quarter ounce per glass

So someone (presumably at Reuters) screwed up in the conversion from Liters to servings

He might have a drinking problem, his math might be slightly off.

But regardless...there is nowhere near 108 servings in a regular bottle of wine.
