Lightsaber Battle in Toronto

Lori Kufner and Kevin Bracken of NewMindSpace have organized a fun and free urban "party" where people are invited to be parts of a public art installation, like a pillow fight and massive bubble battles.

Recently, the duo had just organized a Star Wars lightsaber battle, where over 2,000 people got together in front of the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto and whacked each other with handpainted lightsaber tubes!

BlogTO has more:

Six large, black-light cannons were situated in the middle of the crowd, aimed at lighting up the hand-painted tubes. After a few swordfights, a light sabre mosh pit emerged and people went a bit nuts. Arm kids with hand-painted pieces of cardboard and tell them they're acting out Star Wars and they'll have a tendency to go a little ballistic.
