Did you ever wonder how Disney World got supplies to each park area without delivery trucks? You never see a garbage truck in Frontierland, either. A former Disney Cast Member explains the tunnel system installed underneath Walt Disney World. http://www.ekday.com/blog/files/8036d653b430ffa276d8767dde659c06-28.html -via Grow-A-Brain

I had a chance to see the Utilidoors (tunnels) on a behind the scenes tour. They look like concrete hallways. But the ideas is great. Unfortunately, the ideas is also too expensive, which is why we don't see this much in other parks. A simple road around the perimeter does the job more cheaply - but it definitely is not as cool.

Reminds me of 'Kingdom Keepers' by Ridley Pearson (a hilarious read, btw.) Part of the novel takes place in those same tunnels.

I got to tour these tunnels 10 years ago as part of a design conference and was quite amused to see Snow White smoking Marlboros on her break.

Its just like Beverly Hills cop 3 (or which ever one it was). Maybe one of those tunnels leads to a money launder.
