Doris Salcedo's Chair Art in Istanbul.

Alex

No, not a chair garbage heap - This amazing art installation was made by Colombian sculptor Doris Salcedo for the International Instanbul Biennale in 2003. She used over 1,550 chairs stacked on an empty lot between two
buildings! Link - via Spludart

How is this different than the photos of a cubicle filled with foam peanuts? Oh yeah, the artist is "conveying burdens and conflicts with precise and economical means."

Never met Bing Crosby but did meet Bob Hope once. His persona was everything you would expect. I actually made him laugh. Me. I made him laugh. That's like showing The Beatles a new guitar chord. Nice piece Eddie.
