Yes, ae35 is correct. If you've seen Blade Runner, in some scenes in the movie people are walking by with umbrellas with the stem lit just like these.

I agree. I read about this product on other site and it's a total Blade Runner ripoff. A cool ripoff, but a Blade Runner one nonetheless.
