No, there's no spaghetti in spaghetti ice cream, it just looks like that.

Uhm... Spaghetti Ice has been around for ages. My little sister always ate it when she was little. She's now 21.

It's a potato ricer, I have one at home just like that- they're for making mashed potatoes, spaetzle, etc.
